This CCPA Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policyand applies solely to residents of the State of California. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA”). Fast Loan Express LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company operating fastloanexpress.com.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, home address, date of birth, Social Security Number, driver's license number, IP address
  • Financial information: Bank account number, routing number, income, employment details, credit score range, loan amount requested
  • Internet or electronic network activity: Browsing history on our Site, search queries, device information, referral source
  • Geolocation data: Approximate location derived from IP address
  • Professional or employment information: Employer name, job title, length of employment, pay frequency
  • Inferences: Creditworthiness profiles or loan eligibility assessments drawn from the above

Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you when you submit our loan request form or contact us
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you browse our Site
  • From third-party analytics and advertising partners

Business Purposes for Collection

We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • Transmitting your loan request to lending partners via lead distribution networks
  • Verifying identity and preventing fraud
  • Communicating with you about your request and matched offers
  • Improving our Site and services
  • Complying with legal obligations

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Under the CCPA, “sale” broadly includes making personal information available to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. When you submit a loan request through our Site, we transmit your personal information to Lead Stack Media and other lead distribution partners in exchange for compensation. This may constitute a “sale” under the CCPA.

Categories of personal information that may be “sold” include: identifiers, financial information, and employment information. These are shared with lending partners and lead distribution networks.

We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under the age of 16.

Your CCPA Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations, ongoing transactions).
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: You may direct us not to “sell” your personal information to third parties.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information (such as SSN and financial account details) to what is necessary to provide our services.

To opt out of the sale of your personal information, you may:

Please note that if you opt out, we will be unable to submit your loan request to our lending partners, as this data sharing is core to our service.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of the rights described above, submit a verifiable consumer request by:

Verification Process

When you submit a request, we will verify your identity before processing it. We may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file, such as your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. For requests to access specific pieces of personal information, we require a higher level of verification, including matching at least three data points we have on file. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your request.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide proof of written authorization and will independently verify your identity.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to 90 days total) and the reason for the delay.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of quality, or suggest that you will receive different treatment for exercising your rights.
