E-Sign Consent

Introduction

This E-Sign Consent (“Consent”) applies to all electronic communications between you and Fast Loan Express LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Fast Loan Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Consent is provided in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), commonly known as the E-SIGN Act.

Your Consent to Electronic Records

By using our Site and submitting information through our forms, you consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that we provide in connection with your use of the Site and our services. Electronic Signatures

By clicking “Submit,” “I Agree,” or similar buttons on our Site, you are providing your electronic signature, which carries the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a handwritten signature. Hardware and Software Requirements

Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time. To withdraw consent, send an email to legal@fastloanexpress.comwith the subject line “Withdraw E-Sign Consent” and include your full name, email address, and phone number associated with your account.

Please note that withdrawing your consent may limit our ability to provide services to you, as our service relies on electronic communication. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity of any electronic Communications provided or signatures obtained before your withdrawal became effective.

How to Obtain Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by emailing legal@fastloanexpress.comwith the subject line “Paper Copy Request.” Please specify which documents you would like to receive. We will mail paper copies to the address we have on file at no charge, provided the request is reasonable in scope. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for excessive or repeated requests.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. To update your information, email us at legal@fastloanexpress.com. If we send a Communication to the email address you have provided and it is returned as undeliverable, we may consider your consent to electronic delivery to still be in effect until you notify us of a valid email address.
