Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Fast Loan Express LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Fast Loan Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using fastloanexpress.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Lead Generation Service — Not a Lender

Fast Loan Express is a lead generation service. We are NOT a lender, loan broker, credit repair service, or financial advisor. We do not make lending decisions, guarantee loan approval, endorse any lender, or set interest rates or loan terms. Our role is limited to collecting your information and transmitting it to our network of lending partners through third-party lead distribution services (including Lead Stack Media) so that lenders may evaluate your request and potentially contact you with offers.

All loan terms, rates, approval decisions, and credit determinations are made solely by the individual lenders in their own discretion. For additional details, see our Lending Disclaimer.

Consent to Share Data with Lending Partners

By submitting information through our loan request form, you expressly consent to the following:

• Your personal information — including your Social Security Number, bank account details, income, and employment data — will be transmitted to third-party lead buyers, lending partners, and their networks
• Lenders and lending partners may contact you by phone, email, text message (SMS/MMS), or mail regarding your loan request and related offers
• Lenders may perform credit checks (soft or hard inquiries) as part of their evaluation process
• Your data may be shared with multiple lenders simultaneously

TCPA Consent and Communications

By submitting your phone number through our forms, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive calls and text messages — including those made using automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and automated text messages — from Fast Loan Express LLC, our marketing partners, and our lending network partners at the phone number you provided. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and that you may revoke consent at any time by emailing legal@fastloanexpress.comwith the subject line “Revoke TCPA Consent.” Standard message and data rates may apply.

Electronic Communications Consent

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. For full details, see our E-Sign Consent page.

No Financial Advice

All content on the Site — including articles, guides, calculators, comparison tools, and reviews — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Accuracy of Information

Compensation Disclosure

Fast Loan Express earns revenue through lead generation fees from lending partners and lead distribution networks. When you submit a loan request, we may receive compensation. This compensation may influence which services appear on our Site and their placement, but it does not affect our editorial ratings or content recommendations. User Responsibilities

You represent and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete
• You will use the Site for lawful purposes only
• You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or circumvent any security features
• You will not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, tools, calculators, and software — is the property of Fast Loan Express LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAST LOAN EXPRESS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A LENDING PARTNER — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION, OR ANY LOAN TERMS OR LENDING DECISIONS.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Loan Express LLC, its members, managers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) any information you submit, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or at another mutually agreed location.

You and Fast Loan Express LLC agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
